The learned counsel for the applicant submits that after the order of condonation of delay, the appellant is died, hence, appellant could not file undertaking and the appellant would take steps to bring legal heirs of the deceased on record and thereafter undertaking will be filed, hence, requested for adjournment.

Stand over to 22nd September, 2022."

The order dated 25.03.2025 shows that, two weeks' time was sought by the learned Advocate for the Applicant to furnish the undertaking as noted by the office.

In view of the above, the necessary undertaking shall be furnished to the office within a period of two (2) weeks. Failure to furnish the undertaking within the stipulated time, the Appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to this Court.
