The Petitioner'

s father passed away on 01.05.2016. He was a permanent employee. The elder sister of the Petitioner moved an application for compassionate appointment within one year. However, since she has got married, the Petitioner has moved an application. A representation dated 09.05.2022 is also pending. 2.

This Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.2 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner. If required, Respondent No.2 shall arrange for a hearing between the Petitioner and khs/Oct.2023/13397

- 2 - the employer of his father and after considering the respective stands of the parties, he would make an attempt to resolve the issue within 60 days.
