By this petition, the petitioner has impugned the order / communication dated 07.03.2022 passed by Respondent No.2 - Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad. 2.

Perusal of the said order dated 07.03.2022 clearly indicates that all the powers of the Head Master are not withdrawn by the said order annexed at Exh.P-10 to the petition. In view of this fact, nothing is left for consideration in the petition. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
