By order dated 10th November, 2022, Hon'ble Shri Justice R.M. Borde, Former Judge of this Court has already been appointed as the sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the dispute arising between the parties.

Registry was directed to obtain consent from the sole arbitrator, which has been received by letter dated 18.11.2022 and learned sole arbitrator has accorded his consent to accept the assignment. By consent of the parties, on instructions of the respective clients, it is agreed that the Seat of the arbitration shall at Aurangabad. In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of.
