It appears that the proposal dated 28.03.2023 in respect of Shalarth ID is still pending before respondent No. 3. We therefore, direct the respondent No. 3, if he has not forwarded the said proposal to respondent No. 2 to forward it within a period of 15 days from today and respondent No. 2 should decide it within a period of two months thereafter.
