Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the Regular Civil Suit No. 182/2015 is decided by judgment dated 07.08.2024, rendering the instant petition infructuous.

The petition raises a challenge to order dated 04.02.2016, by which an application for appointment of Court Commissioner was rejected. As such in view of the decision of civil suit, the grievance in the petition does not survive.

Nobody appears for the petitioner.
