It has been stated that the respondent No.4 would decide decide the pending proposal dated 23.12.2023 on its own merits within a period of four weeks from today. Said statement is taken as an undertaking to this Court. Respondent No.4 is directed to act accordingly. 5.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
