Heard both the sides. The submissions made show that the compensation awarded by the Land Acquisition Officer is enhanced by the Reference Court. In view of this circumstance, it needs to be presumed that there is some award given by the Reference Court. Against the award given under section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, appeal is provided. When there is the appeal, revision cannot be entertained. 2.

So, the revision is disposed of as not tenable with liberty to file appeal.
