1) This application is filed for modification of the order made by this Court on 17th March 2015. In view of nature of dispute and as the prosecutrix is with the applicants direction was given to the applicants to go with the prosecutrix and make her available to police as the

2 Application 1518/2015 investigating agency wants to record her statement. Crime is registered at Shrirmapur Police Station, District Ahmednagar.

2) In the application it is submitted that the prosecutrix is residing in Beed and she is ready to give statement in Beed as the prosecutrix feels that there may be danger to her life.
