In response to the Court's query Mr. More, learned counsel submits that he shall not press the petition provided respondent no.2 be directed to treat this petition of the petitioners as representation and shall decide the same within a stipulated period of time.

Writ Petition stands disposed of as such.

We direct respondent no.2-Collector to treat this petition of the petitioners as representation and decide the claim of the petitioners having regard to the very scheme of Section 80 of the Right to Fair Compensation Act, 2013. The decision of the aforesaid be communicated to the petitioners in any case by 31st July, 2023.
