We are informed that the proposal with regard to the land, possession of which was taken away from the Petitioners in 2001 has been tendered to the competent authority under the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. 2.
