We have taken the compilation of documents (93 pages) on record, which is marked as 'X' for identification. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is present in the Court. The Petitioner admits that, he has not conveyed all the facts to the Court and tenders an apology. He is also willing to deposit costs of Rs.10,000/- with the Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, at Aurangabad while seeking a pardon and is expressing regret. He undertakes that, he will, henceforth, not suppress any fact from any Court.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions from the Petitioner, who is present in the Court and on the condition that an amount of costs of Rs.10,000/- will be deposited with the Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, at Aurangabad, on or before 25/04/2024.
