The application is filed for recalling the order made by this Court of disposal of the criminal application filed for granting leave to appeal against the decision of acquittal. This Court has dismissed the proceeding as spare copy was not supplied. The learned counsel took the blame to himself. 2.

In view of the contents of the application, the application is allowed. The order is recalled. Matter is restored. 3.

Copy is to be supplied prior to 1.8.2015. If spare copy is supplied, notice is to be issued. Notice will be made returnable after four weeks. If copy is not supplied on or before that date, the matter shall stand dismissed automatically without back reference to the Court.
