The learned A. G. P. raises a preliminary objection that, the petitioner has alternate remedy before Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In light of that, though the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to canvass submissions on merit we are not inclined to consider the same. Writ petition disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions kept open. No costs.
