The parties have compromised the matter. The compromise pursis, which is containing the terms, has been produced on record. Terms of compromise have been got verified through Registrar (Judicial) and learned Registrar (Judicial) has submitted his report dated 07.04.2025. Only the issue was in respect of Demand Draft of the amount agreed to be paid, which is now paid before this Court and receipt of Demand Draft has been given by respondent No.2 to applicant No.1. Thus, respondent No.2 has now decided to bury the differences and has given no objection for quashment of the proceedings. Since the dispute that arose was matrimonial dispute and now the parties i.e. applicant No.1 and respondent No.2 have decided to part, there is no hurdle in allowing the application. Hence, following order.

ORDER

i) Criminal Application stands allowed.

ii) The proceedings in Regular Criminal Case No.91/2022 pending before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalgaon arising out of First Information Report vide Crime No.141/2021 dated 17.05.2021 registered with Ramanand Nagar Police Station, Jalgaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 354, 420, 323, 504, 506, 509 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, stands quashed and set aside as against applicants viz. 1) Prashant Dattatray Thorat, 2) Dattatray Rambhau Thorat,
