This is a successive application seeking bail. The applicant has been convicted for offences punishable under sections 376 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and has been sentenced to imprisonment for life. There is no new ground made out for re-consideration of the request for enlargement of accused on bail. It is informed that paper book is prepared and the appeal is ready for hearing. In this view of the matter, while rejecting instant application presented by applicant, office is directed to place the appeal for final disposal after two weeks.
