Heard rival submissions.

The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 21/02/2024 whereby registration of his second appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 21/02/2024 stands recalled and the appeal be restored for removal of all the office objections within two weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the Registry of this Court, for utilization of High Court Dispensary.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
