The present applicant, who is arrested by Gangapur Police Station in Crime No.0061 of 2016, for the offences punishable under section 5(B), 5(C), 6, 9(A) of Animal Preservation Act, 1976 and Section 429 of the Indian Penal Code, is praying for his release on bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant files on

Appln. 1670-2016 record the true copy of the order dated 15/03/2016 passed by this Court in the group of Criminal Applications alongwith Criminal Application No. 1521 of 2016, in the same crime regarding other co-accused, who were arrested and directed to be released on bail. The same is accepted on record and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification. For the similar reasons, the present application is also allowed.

The applicant in this application be released on bail in Crime No.0061 of 2016 registered with Gangapur Police Station, Tq. Gangapur, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under section 5(B), 5(C), 6, 9 (A) of Animal Preservation Act, 1976 and Section 429 of the Indian Penal Code, upon his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rs.Fifteen Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount. 5.

Application stands disposed of.
