The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has been taken in the list maintained by the Zilla Parishad for appointment of candidates on compassionate ground. It was only because of the pendency of the review application filed against the judgment and order of this Court in Writ Petition No.1441 of 2018, the Zilla Parishad was not proceeding further. 2.

We have under the order dated 01-09-2021 dismissed the application for condonation of delay and review. Gajanan

In light of that, there would be no impediment for the Zilla Parishad to proceed further with regard to the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground.
