It is true that the applicant has been behind the bars for little over two and half years. Charge has been framed. The trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the trial could not be concluded within time frame, the applicant may revive his prayer for bail.
