The learned Advocate appearing for appellants submits that in order dated 06.03.2025, in paragraph no.9 inadvertently some typographical mistakes are occurred. Hence, he requests to correct the same.

In view of above submissions paragraph no.9 of order dated 06.03.2025 be replaced as under:

"9.

In that view of the matter, Claimant Nos.1 & 2 would be entitled for compensation of Rs.40,000/- each towards loss of consortium, Rs.15,000/- towards loss of estate and Rs.15,000/- towards funeral expenses. Compensation can be demonstrated in tabular form as under:

Annual Loss of Claimants Rs.30,000/- Multiplier '15' (30,000 x 15) Rs.4,50,000/- Filial consortium for Sandip (Father) Rs.40,000/- Filial consortium for Manisha (Mother) Rs.40,000/- Loss of Estate Rs.15,000/- Funeral, transportation, ambulance etc.

Rs.15,000/-

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // (2) fa-343-2025-speaking.odt Total compensation to be awarded Rs.5,60,000/- Tribunal granted Rs.2,55,000/- @ 8% p.a.

Amount to be enhanced Rs.5,60,000/- - 2,55,000 = 3,05,000/- 4.

Necessary corrections be carried out and corrected order be uploaded accordingly.
