PER COURT :

The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' as under :- B) By Writ of Mandamus or any other kind of appropriate Writ like nature or orders and directions, directions may kindly be given to the Respondent No. 2 authority to take forthwith decision on the pending salary proposal dated 31/05/2021 and 10/21/2021 sent by the Resp. No. 5 C.E.O. Z.P. Nandurbar and further to direct the Respondents to pay and to release due salary and salary arrears forthwith to the petitioner w.e.f. 15/07/2017 till 31/03/2022 i.e. about 54 months

- 2 - and further to pay regular salary to the petitioner of the post of Asst. Teacher, for that purpose this Hon'ble Court may pass appropriate orders.

C) By Writ of Mandamus or any other kind of appropriate Writ like nature or orders and directions, directions may kindly be given to the Respondent Nos. 1 to 6 authorities that to release due salary and salary arrears forthwith of the petitioner w.e.f. 15/07/2017 till today i.e. 54 months and further to pay all consequential and monitory benefts to the petitioner w.e.f. 15/07/201\7 of the post Asst. Teacher for that purpose this Hon'ble Court may pass appropriate order or direction.

We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 4.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off by directing respondent No. 2 to decide the pending salary proposal dated 10th December, 2021, forwarded to it's offce by respondent No. 5, Chief Executive Offcer, Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, on or before 20th August,

- 3 - 2022. Needless to state, a reasoned order would be passed by respondent No. 2 and a copy of the same shall be supplied to the petitioner.
