A challenge in this petition is to an order passed by the learned S.D.O., Partur in revision application under Section 23 (2) of the Mamlatdars Courts Act thereby granting stay to the order passed by the learned Tahsildar.

This Court hardly find any reason to interfere since the revision is still pending before the learned S.D.O. It is only expected of the learned S.D.O. to dispose of the revision as early as possible. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
