These are the applications for condonation of 1256 days delay in preferring the Appeals against the Award of the Reference Court.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed. The delay of 1256 days caused in filing the First Appeals is condoned. However, the Applicants / Appellants shall not be entitled for the interest of the delayed period and also of the period during which the applications were not circulated.
