It is informed by the learned counsel for respondent No. 4 that the process of election has already been set in motion and the stage of acceptance of nominations commenced from 25.3.2015 is to continue up to 31.3.2015. In view of initiation of process of election, objection raised by the petitioner in this petition in respect of final voters list does not deserve consideration.

It is pointed out that the objections are essentially in respect of inclusion of names of electoral in a particular ward. It is not the case of the petitioner that the name of electoral has been totally misplaced from the list. The name of the electoral does appear in the list, however according to the petitioner, the same has been recorded in

Counsel appearing for State Election Commission points out that objections in respect of 2993 voters were received and objections in respect of 2100 voters were accepted and necessary corrections are directed to be made. In this view of the matter, considering the advanced stage of the process of election, no interference is called for. Petition stands rejected. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) ( R. M. BORDE, J. ) rlj/
