This application is filed seeking relaxation of condition imposed by this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1488/2023 by order dated 08.09.2023, thereby directing applicant to attend the concerned police station once in a week. Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1488/2023 was allowed by this Court vide order dated 17.01.2024, in terms of interim protection order.

Heard learned advocate for applicant and learned APP for State. Perused the record.

Learned advocate for applicant states that charge sheet is filed in the matter and case is numbered as Sessions Case No. 50/2023. Trial has commenced and therefore, condition imposed on applicant to attend the concerned police station may be relaxed.

Learned APP opposed the application stating that applicant is duty bound to obey the condition imposed on him by this Court.

Taking into consideration the fact that charge sheet is filed and trial has commenced, it is not necessary for applicant to attend the concerned police station. In that view of the matter, application is allowed.
