This is an application seeking addition of present applicants as party respondent Nos. 6 to 11 or allow the applicants to intervene in the petition.

We have heard Mr. Talekar, the learned counsel for the

2 ca 3917.15 original writ petitioner. The learned counsel submits that, the original writ petitioner has objection to these applicants to implead them as party respondents, however, has no objection to allow them to intervene in the petition.

Considering the same, application to the extent of intervention is allowed. The civil application accordingly stands disposed of.
