The learned counsel submits that the application filed by the petitioners for rental compensation is pending. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 5-State. 2.

According to the petitioners, the application is filed in January 2019 seeking rental compensation and the petition is filed in March 2019 seeking directions against him to decide the proceedings expeditiously.

We cannot encourage such petition. The authority will have to be granted some reasonable time to decide the

60-wp.7564-19.odt proceeding. Within a month, the petitioner approached the court seeking directions against the authority to decide the proceedings. The proceedings for rental compensation will have to be decided after hearing the acquiring body also. 4.

If the proceedings are not decided by the authority for rental compensation within a reasonable time, then the petitioner may approach this Court.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
