After hearing this matter for sometime, learned Counsel for petitioner has sought leave of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the concerned authority i.e. Divisional Joint Registrar, before whom revisional application is pending. 2.

Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted, subject to condition that the petitioners shall deposit with the concerned society, 50% of recoverable dues within a period of seven days from the date of the order. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs. Authenticated copy be furnished.

However, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners till the time, learned Divisional Joint Registrar takes a decision on the application for grant of interim protection to the petitioners, in accordance with the law in the revisional proceeding. If the amount is not deposited within the time stipulated, this order shall no longer be operative.
