Considering the prayers set out in this Writ Petition, the learned A.G.P. submits that claims put forth as regards the uncleared bills are stale, approximately 10 years old. The Respondents do not admit the bills. Voluminous record will have be scrutinized.

Considering the Writ jurisdiction of this Court, we would not be inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. If there are any disputed bills or if there are any disputes as regards the

3910.24wp (2) payment terms for the work done, such disputed issues cannot be gone into by this Court.

We are only making a passing reference that, if there are any bills, which are undisputed and can be cleared, but due to paucity of funds, the payments have not been made, the Respondents shall make such payment.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
