An amount of Rs.3,20,000/- has been withdrawn recently in January 2021. On the pretext of one applicant suffering from a serious ailment, all the applicants now desire to withdraw Rs.6,33,620/-.

In view of the above and considering that a large sum has already been withdrawn in January 2021, this application is partly allowed only to the extent of applicant No.1 Nandkishor Dadarao Wagh, who is said to be unwell, to the extent of Rs.1,00,000/- (One Lakh). He shall, therefore, withdraw an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- by tendering an affidavit undertaking that, if an adverse

4428.21ca (2) order is passed in the pending writ petition and he is held dis-entitled to the amount, he would re-deposit the amount in this Court within twelve weeks thereafter.

The civil application, to the extent of applicant Nos.2 to 9, stands rejected.
