Present application is filed seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No. 22 of 2025 from the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhokar, Dist. Nanded, to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Pune. The application is filed by wife. It is case of the wife that distance between Bhokar and Pune, where she resides is more than 500 kms. There is a daughter of 11 years residing with her. It is for this reason, she finds it difficult to travel from Pune to Bhokar to attend the Court proceeding.

After hearing the parties, this Court finds that a case is made out to transfer the proceeding as prayed by the wife. The application is, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and same is disposed off. [KISHORE C. SANT, J.] snk/2025/Sep25/mca95.25
