This is an application for withdrawal of an amount of Rs. 12,00,000/- deposited by the petitioner in the Writ Petition pursuant to the order dated 07.01.2020.

The learned advocate Mr. Joshi for the petitioner submits that he does not have any objection for withdrawal of the money by the respondentBank. However, though the Writ Petition is pending since 2020, the respondent Bank has not filed any affidavit in reply. 3.

Subject to the condition that the respondent-Bank files its reply in the Writ Petition within two weeks, the amount is allowed to be withdrawn. 4.

The Application is disposed of.
