Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the Committee would decide the validation proceedings filed by the petitioner within two months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 08.04.2019. Till the validation proceedings are decided, the employer shall not take adverse against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceedings are pending. Employer can
