Heard learned counsel for the petitioner -wife who is seeking transfer of Petition -A No. 136/2022 filed by respondent/ husband which is pending in the Family Court, Sangli, to the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar.

According to the petitioner she has filed maintenance proceeding u/s.125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and proceeding under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 before the concerned Magistrate at Pathardi, District Ahmednagar. According to her, it would be convenient for her, if the aforesaid Marriage Petition pending at Family Court, Sangli is transferred to the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar.

The respondent -husband despite service of notice of final disposal remained absent for the reason best known to him. In view of the same, following order is passed :

ORDER

1.

The application is hereby allowed.

2.

The Petition -A No.136/2022 pending in the Family Court, Sangli is hereby transferred to the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ahemadnagar.

3.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
