Heard. The petitioner seems to be aggrieved by the fact that its proposal for starting a new college and for grant of LOI to start Master of Social Welfare college at Jalna was not being considered and was returned on 10.12.2018.

Considering the fact that by virtue of section 107 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016, perspective plans are to be prepared for every five years, the issue being raised would be academic.
