The petitioner has been seeking police protection, in the light of the government resolution dated 04.01.2018. His request is pending with the Superintendent of Police, Nanded (Exh. A), since 11.01.2024. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's request in the light of the government resolution dated 04.01.2018 and any other resolution applicable to his case and take appropriate decision on his request dated 11.01.2024 (Exh.
