The applicants are seeking permission to bring themselves on record being the legal representatives of sole appellant Ganpat Pochiram Nagoshe, who admittedly died on 18.02.2022, b condoning the delay of 665 days. 3.

the learned Counsel for the respondents, though opposed the application on the ground of inordinate delay, but considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) subject to cost of Rs. 1000/- to be paid to Library, Advocates Association of Bombay

(2) 20 CA-3008.2024.odt High Court, at Aurangabad. The amendment be carried out within stipulated time.
