This application is for issue of the demand draft in the name of Rajendra Dattatrya Shinde as in the record maintained with the bank, and the documents which establish the identity of the applicant, applicant's name is mentioned as Rajendra Dattatrya Shinde. 4.

Having regard to the averments in the application and the quantum of the amount, the Registry is directed to issue the demand

15-ca-3684-21 in wp.odt draft for the amount deposited by the respondent and the interest accrued thereon in the name of Rajendra Dattatrya Shinde, on furnishing an indemnity to the satisfaction of the Registrar ( Judicial ) of this Court.
