In terms of the interim order passed by this Court (Coram : Ravindra V. Ghuge, J.) dated 5th October, 2017, the Joint Charity Commissioner, Latur has completed all the formalities and the rates as quoted by the highest bidder are also accepted. The learned counsel for Petitioner, on instructions, submits that only the registered saledeed is remained to be executed. In view of the detailed interim order passed by this Court, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the same. The learned Joint Charity Commissioner is directed to complete all the formalities and pass appropriate order in the matter. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
