The learned Advocate for the Petitioners tenders a copy of the judgment delivered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 30.07.2024, in a batch of Petitions (Writ Petition Civil No.352 of 2023 and others), filed by Gaurav Kumar Vs. Union of India and others.

He submits that in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the Bar Councils of the States in India are obliged to comply with the conclusions set out therein, more
