Present petitions have been filed to issue directions to respondent No.3 to decide the pending proposal dated 4.1.2019 in respect of the petitioners for inclusion of the petitioners' name in Shalarth Pranali and also to direct the respondent No.2 to take steps and then to direct the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to forward the salary bills of
{2} 931 & 934 sr.nos..odt the petitioners.

In view of the fact that directions are prayed, learned AGP, after waiving notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3, makes a statement that respondent No.3 would decide the proposals dated 4.1.2019 within a period of 4 weeks on its own merits.

Learned advocate for the petitioner then prays that if the respondent No.3 recommends the name of the petitioners for inclusion in Shalarth Pranali, then respondent No.2 be directed to include the petitioner's name in Shalarth Pranali within a stipulated period. 4.
In view of the said statements, we dispose of both the petitions by giving directions to respondent No.3 to decide the pending proposals dated 4.1.2019 within a period of four weeks from today on its own merits and if approval is granted then to forward the same to respondent No.2.
