It transpires from perusal of the affidavit-in-reply tendered by Respondents that a suit, being Regular Civil Suit No.46 of 2015, in respect of the subject matter involved in the instant writ petition, is pending before the Civil Court, wherein an order of status quo has been issued by the trial Court. Learned A.G.P., appearing for Respondents, on instructions, informs that prompt steps would be taken in respect of prosecuting the suit in diligent manner.

In view of the statement made by the learned A.G.P. and in view of the fact that a Regular Civil Suit, in respect of subject matter involved in the instant writ petition, is pending before the Civil Court, no interference is called for in the petition.

Writ Petition stands dismissed.
