The appearance of Shri Kulkarni, the learned advocate representing the M.P.S.C., is discharged, as the M.P.S.C. has now decided to engage the learned A.G.P. at the Aurangabad Bench, to represent their cause.

This Court [Coram: Dipankar Datta, C.J. (as His Lordship then was) and M.S. Karnik, J.] has delivered an order on 04.03.2022, in Gaurav Ganesh Das Daga and others vs. Maharashtra Public Service Commission and others, in writ Petition No. 2270 of 2021 and other connected matters, concluding that when a specific Tribunal has been constituted with a purpose and object under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the Petitioners should approach the Tribunal.

The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would approach the Tribunal by preferring a fresh Original Application urgently, since the transfer of this proceeding would take time and keeping in view that the last date for filling up the form is 25.04.2023. 4.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to prefer an Original Application before the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal at Aurangabad. Considering the deadline of 25.04.2023, we request the learned Tribunal to consider the request of the Petitioner for an ad-interim order, expeditiously. The office of the Presenting Officer, in the Tribunal, shall be served with a copy of the Original Application.
