Heard the learned counsel for Applicants.

The learned counsel for Applicants submits that the Applicants are old aged persons and they are suffering from various diseases. They may be permitted to withdrawn the remaining amount also. The learned counsel for acquiring body has strongly resisted the application on the ground that the Applicants have already withdrawn 75% of the amount deposited before this Court and by order dated 1st July, 2016, this Court has directed to keep remaining 25% amount in the nationalized bank.

In view of the above submissions, I do not find any substantive reason to allow this application. The civil application is hereby rejected.
