Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for respondent No.1.

Perused the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. The appeal is preferred only on the ground of quantum of compensation by the Insurance Company. Therefore, permission is granted to the applicants to withdraw 50% amount of compensation with proportionate accrued interest thereon, out of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company in the Court, subject to filing written undertaking by applicant Nos.1 and 4 to

ca4627-2019 refund the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court. The balance amount shall be invested in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank till final disposal of the First Appeal. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
