We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for respondents.

The learned AGP for the respondents submits that, approval has been granted to the petitioners no. 3. It is further submitted that, the Institution had submitted salary bill on 20.01.2018. The same will have to be processed off-line. 3.

The respondent-Education Officer shall process the said salary bills within four weeks.
