Heard learned Counsel for applicant. Though the respondent Nos.1 to 3 are served with notice, none present for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Learned Counsel for applicant submits that, order dated 23rd March, 2022 is complied with and entire amount of compensation under the impugned award is deposited. Hence prayed for continuation of stay, till the fnal disposal of appeal.

Considering the submissions of learned Counsel for applicant as well as applicant has deposited the entire Pooja K.
