For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. The writ petition is restored to it' s original file, subject to the payment of costs of Rs. 2000/- to be paid to the High Court Bar Library and subject to removal of office objections within a period of two weeks from today. If the office objections are not removed within the stipulated period, the order dismissing the writ petition will be restored.
