As per order dated 03.10.2023, Mr. Ajit M. Gholap, learned Mediator submitted its report along with compromise pursis, stating that mediation is successful. The said report along with compromise pursis is taken on record and marked as Exhibits 'X' and 'X-1' respectively, for identification. 2.

Needless to say that the present petitioner Kailas Dayaram Sonawane had instituted a private complaint bearing R.C.C. No.135 of 2017 against the present respondents No.2 and 3 and others for offences punishable under sections 408, 420, 465, 471 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. On 31.07.2018, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Chopda passed an order below Exhibit-1, thereby issuing of S.P. Rane

918-CRIWP-399-23 process against accused persons for offence punishable under sections 420 and 435 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Being aggrieved by the said order, original accused Nos. 1 and 2 had filed Criminal Revision Application No.26 of 2018 before the Sessions Court at Amalner. On 04.02.2023, learned Sessions Judge passed the impugned order and allowed the Criminal Revision Application and set aside the order of issue process so also the complaint as against the present respondents No.2 and 3/original accused Nos.1 and 2 has been dismissed.

On 30.10.2024, this Court passed an order and referred the matter to the mediator. In pursuance of the said order, the mediator submitted the report (Exhibit 'X) stating that the dispute has been settled between the parties as per the compromise pursis (Exhibit 'X-1). Since the parties have amicably settled the dispute, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement.
